Well, google translate is not very good idea in this case.
"Podlepiť" in general means to glue two sheets of paper together making one sheet, but increasing its width. (I don't know the correct word in English) The reason for this process is that all parts are printed on one sheet of paper, but some parts need to be stronger. For instance bottom of the car, suspension etc. So you cut the part which needs to be "Podlepit" from the sheet and glue it on blank sheet of paper.
-PODLEPIŤ KARTÓNOM - glue on thick cardboard
-PODLEPIŤ TENKÝM KANC. PAPIEROM glue on normal sheet of paper used for printers (thickness 80 gramm)
-PODLEPIŤ VÝKRESOM - glue it on thick paper used for painting (thickness around 160 gramm)
one hint - immediately after gluing part on another sheet put it in between two sheet of newspaper and on top of it put good weight (several books for instance) as the paper tends to bend.
-ZAČIERNIŤ ODSPODU - paint underside of the paper black
